Mickaël Raulet received his PhD degree in 2006 from INSA in electronic and signal processing in collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric ITE (Rennes – France). He joined ATEME in 2015 where he is leading standardization activities (MPEG, DVB and ATSC) and collaborative projects for ATEME. He is also contributing to VRIF and UHDForum. His particular interests include dataflow programming, signal processing systems and video coding.
Since 2007, he was particularly involved in standardization activities mainly ISO/IEC MPEG standardization activities as a Reconfigurable Video Coding Expert, and now is actively participating to DVB TM-AVC and ATSC3.0 TG3 and S34-1 groups. He is the author of 3 book chapters and more than 100 international conferences and journal papers.
